In Agora, residents can cast multiple votes every day — telling City Hall exactly what they want done. When an idea gathers enough support to pass, it moves out of Agora and into Civitas, where city staff are responsible for implementing it and publishing regular status updates the public can track.

Beds, Not Tickets
The toilet was invented roughly 5,000 years ago. Yet in the poorest postal code in Canada, basic sanitation is still out of reach for many residents — despite enormous daily spending on the Downtown Eastside.
This is not the fault of people who have nowhere to go. It is a failure of City Hall. The fix is not complicated: dignity first, same-day detox, and recovery jobs that give people a reason and a way out.

As building manager of Sequel 138 on East Hastings, Scott installed the public safety cameras the VPD relied on — at his own expense. That real-world experience is the foundation of the public safety platform: cameras, emergency call buttons, and a VPD held to published benchmarks.
Meet Brady & Zelda
Scott's two kids, Brady and Zelda, are police officers who patrol the beach and the Downtown Eastside — jacking up thugs and running down crime. They sniff out the bad guys and snuggle with the good ones.
They don't need a leash, and they'll roam free in city hall — because they are police, and recognized as such by the VPD.

Powerful people in this city and province are listening and they don't like how what I'm saying threatens their slush money and that is why I got attacked by two guys with bats on a public beach June 28 and a week later VPD still won't even call me back or recover any of the items that were stolen from my home in a broad daylight armed robbery, home invasion and violent assault on a public beach so I'm going predict that more violent acts are likely to follow and that the police won't do anything about it and that's because they know I would shake things up at city hall and things are pretty cushy right now for a lot of people and that's why Hastings remains the same. Because a ton of people get paid well to manage overdose not to end it. That's why I am different and why you should vote for me if you want to have taxes go down and not up and Hastings to heal instead of remain a swamp that sucks thousands of dollars out of your pocket every year to pay people who want it to remain just the way it is.

If My Videos Stop — I Have Been Arrested
I have lived in Vancouver for over a decade. During that time I have helped the VPD with nearly 50 investigations — assaults, theft, arson, a crossbow shooting, and a collision involving a police cruiser — providing footage from cameras I installed and paid for entirely out of my own pocket. I have never been publicly critical of the VPD and I look forward to working with them on public safety, ending the drug crisis on the Downtown Eastside, and rewarding officers who meet real benchmarks in those areas.
I have been threatened before with removal from Vancouver by the VPD. It has never happened — but if it does before October 17, 2026, it will not be a coincidence.
I post a new video every day or two. If those videos stop suddenly without explanation, it means I have been arrested and removed from the city in an effort to ensure I cannot run in this election. That would be interference with the democratic will of Vancouver voters.
