Concepts and prototypes built by Scott to demonstrate what AI-assisted, resident-first City Hall can look like.

Agora & Civitas

AI-Assisted City Hall Civic Engagement App

A civic engagement concept designed by Scott Gilbert. In Agora, residents cast votes on issues every day instead of once every four years. When an idea gathers enough support, it moves into Civitas, where city staff are responsible for implementing it and publishing regular status updates the public can track.
