Drain the Swamp. Rebuild the DTES.

DTES Policy Needs Independent Review, Open Data, and Conflict Disclosure.
Evidence flyer mapping the DTES policy and influence network — showing how the same ecosystem delivers services, writes studies, and shapes policy. Includes Scott's core argument, selected references, and the case for an independent audit.

For $1, Your Next Mayor Will Bring Detox and Jobs to the DTES.
Social-media-ready graphic contrasting the status quo's job postings for 'boosters' with Scott's plan to bring real detox capacity and real jobs to the Downtown Eastside. Built for sharing on Instagram, Facebook, and X.

Mayor Great Scott Vows to End Public Pooping in the Downtown Eastside.
Campaign graphic on the sanitation crisis in the Downtown Eastside, paired with the Captain's Log app concept — a resident tool to see, pin, and report sanitation issues so the City can track and end them.

The Public Record Nobody Else Will Show You.
Satirical campaign graphic referencing the Vancouver Shart Gallery — the photographic public record of sanitation conditions on East Hastings. Built to start conversations nobody else wants to have.

AI-Assisted City Hall Civic Engagement App
A civic engagement concept designed by Scott Gilbert. In Agora, residents cast votes on issues every day instead of once every four years. When an idea gathers enough support, it moves into Civitas, where city staff are responsible for implementing it and publishing regular status updates the public can track.
